Jeff Kurtz is a Northern Colorado REALTOR® who has called Colorado home since 1997 and Mead home since 2010. Originally from Ohio, he and his wife chose to raise their three sons in the small-town community they fell in love with here in Northern Colorado. Living and working in the area gives Jeff firsthand knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods, schools, and growth trends across Fort Collins, Longmont, Loveland, Erie, Mead, Greeley, and surrounding communities. Since becoming licensed in 2017, Jeff has specialized in relocation and helping buyers, sellers, and investors confidently navigate the Northern Colorado real estate market.

He was extremely flexible in setting up our initial meetings and collecting a prioritized lists of "must haves", "wants" and "it would be nice to haves". My list was long and I knew finding something that checked all the boxes was unlikely. Before we even signed any paperwork, he was already feeding me a steady stream of market offerings with potential. He arranged a schedule so we could do four or five viewings on the same day. He checked in frequently and kept me apprised when the house I liked most received another offer. He helped formulate a plan and an offer that won the contract. Jeff's assistant, Shannon, is also a pleasure to work with. I hope I never need to buy another house. But if I do, I hope Jeff will still be around to help me find the right place.
